At KMZ Cleaning, our Vacation Rental Cleaning service ensures your property is guest-ready after every turnover. Our professional team meticulously cleans and sanitizes every corner, from high-touch surfaces to linens, providing a fresh and inviting atmosphere. Cancellation Policy
Booking requests may be made online, by phone, or by email. Online submissions do not guarantee availability. Appointments are confirmed only after direct communication from our office. To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit (e.g., $50 or 20% of service total) is required. This deposit is applied toward your total service cost. Our team may arrive within a 60-minute window of your scheduled time to allow for travel and service variations. - Access to Property The Client is responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled time. If entry cannot be gained within 15 minutes of arrival, the appointment may be marked as a lockout, and a $50 fee (or the full service amount) may apply. If we are provided with keys, garage codes, or lockbox access, this information will be securely stored and used only for your scheduled cleanings. - Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To respect our staff and scheduling: 24–48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $50 late cancellation fee or 50% of the service total, whichever is greater. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full service amount. Excessive cancellations may result in loss of recurring time slots. - Payments & Fees Full payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept debit card, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or cash. Late payments may incur a $25 late fee or 1.5% interest per month on outstanding balances. Returned or declined payments will incur a $35 fee. - Liability & Damages We are insured and take every precaution to avoid damage. In the rare event of damage, please report it within 24 hours of service. Our liability is limited to the cost of the damaged item’s repair or replacement (at our discretion). We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items not securely fastened. - Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at any time for: Unsafe working conditions Inappropriate behavior toward staff Repeated missed payments or excessive cancellations Privacy Policy We respect your privacy. All client information (addresses, contact info, keys, codes, etc.) is stored securely and never shared with third parties, except as required by law. Changes to These Terms We may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with new effective date.
